shah sending this complicated bill of city of charlotte and I am confusing with
charge

charge apply in May 2013 and even we never got disconnect water

and my wife we were in India from 01-15-2013 to 04-01-2013
Before leaving
home I was turn off water supply for inside water and outside water valve and
no one use gallon water but still my bill is high and February ccf chart
showing I use water and after then water disconnected in October 2013 they
should charge 4 58 but before water disconnect in October they charge 4 58 it
was wron and crisis ministry confirm with city of water when I got last visit
in crisis ministry 683121-327640
$ 58.00
should be credit apply in December bill but is show up credit but other side $
58 is already add up on total of bill about 4100
So I would
like to check all bill from January 2013
to December 2013 and also I got last bill show up as is 52 day service day and I
disagree with this bill

disconnected
Never paid
twice to city of water (why the crisis ministry paid) because is not showing up
as is credit
One is
show up credit and then customers not
paid for 4 to 5 month they add up in total and sending new charge with higher
bill as is 90 to 100 bill for one month is not make a sense
