pizza shop experience i got like few delivery o 11-02-2013 and i paid to pizza shop more then i sell pizza amount was 127.62 and i paid 129.xx and i do not like it then it's not end with here work on Saturday and on 11-20-2013 and i have to pay extra coin to Barbabra and she took extra money that i hold and i was counting she too it to my hand next day her friend is store manager name is Jacqueline(Jay) she also ask me to pay change ii have to pay 42 cent and i when oi count with all quoter dime,nickel and penny then i got 42 cent then i thought i have to pay 50 cent so i can get change back and when i pay 50 cent then she took all other change nickel,dime ,and penny and i told er look i have to pay 43 cent and you took my all change,this is not fair she said no i do not? Sunday 11-19-13 i sold 104.23 cash delivery pizza and pizza hut manager charge 107.93 an next time i visit n shop and talk to Barbara about i over paid to pizza she she said may be customer order complete and after something they add up in order then possible total of amount i did not collect from customer ! i have to learn something? total i can see end of Bill how this work? Thursday 11-21-2013 i have to work at 5 and i get their at 4:57 log in and i got 2 delivery and when i come back from 2nd delivery shift manager change when i get at shop after delivery jay told me to cash out (mean go home) business i s slow ,she said WHO ever come early they have to leave and i told her initial (st) come early before me and also Alfredo ,she said Alfredo is my regular night shift driver he has to work and when i check out with money and log off that time was all other driver was their included Alfredo, ST JH (initial)they send me home i log off at 6:50 pm) two delivery other black people get more hour,manager s black i feel like discrimination but nothing i can do? 11-30-2013 i found one delivery at 575 s.Tryon and i am not done this delivery that delivery done by st,i told Barbabra and she call st " to find out why in my list because st" done some weird thing and if it's in my list and i am not pay attention when i check out i have to pay to pizza shop for extra dollar what ever i did not sell to customer 12-01-2013 i found one delivery that i am not done i told to manager jay ,she said it's fine you don't have to worry about is credit card delivery and she remove it when i cash out 12-01-2013 manager giving two and three delivery to other driver and i told her i can get two she said no why i can't do delivery if other location close to each other r not make sense MANAGER: 12-06-2013 i start work before i have to log in i can't log in because needed manager password and when i talk to her sh said do you need to work today i said yes' i work today she said you not?,i said i am working Saturday since when i am hire on September an she said i am coming for log in she 9jay 0 create two day in schedule Tuesday and Sunday and when i show schedule on Monday(12-02-130 i told her what i am working only two day?she said schedule is wrong and she use pen and add time on schedule list 5to 9 Tuesday 5-9 Wednesday and 5-9 Friday and 5-9 Saturday and i wrote this time on one piece of paper and i hang on my house refrigerator \(now today i show sch dual on board i founded was change by other manager and i show only two day on list) to day (Tuesday and Sunday) i try to check date on schedule i thought is for next week but i talk to Barbara when she start work and she said check date on schedule list i check and it's for this week two schedule different for same week i am confusing and i told her what time i have to start work tomorrow and she said check schedule and Sunday was 5-9 and when i get come i founded 12:30 to 5:30 not fair i call Sunday morning and talk to Barbara to make sure and confirm time that i am working 5-9 and then i cancel Sunday night Hindu center program because is not make sense

first delivery i got who ever cut pizza she had it to me and said number 67 i said yes is my delivery and i put in bag and check 4 item in delivery box going all is call "dinner box' and it's large box so i did not open up and deliver pizza
once i get their customer said she never getting ranch sauce when ever she ordering ranch sauce.
i said i am apologize for that ,i am sorry i have to bring it back and total was 25.70 and she paid me 26.00 dollar 90.30 Cent tip) and i call immediately to Barbara( she cut off 0.50 cent fro my tip- i notice end off day when i get home ) and when i came after delivery she said you forget ranch you have to go back and i said yes fine ,do you have any delivery around that area,sh e said no and then she give me uncc delivery and i let when i reach their i give greeting and i apologise for this and sorry and i said i was forget

i visit to delivery i done number ^0 and ticket number 61 then other driver not back then i have to go for next number 62 and 63 but manager keep it for other driver in nearest area then she set up 64 number when i am back then sh e skip some other number and for other driver and given to me number 74and send me far from pizza hut
it's not fair they are fixing delivery with other driver who Can take 3-4 delivery and they go closer to pizza shop and i am going far
she said thank you and then i go straight to uncc and come back she give me delivery No.101 and at time i said j6 and i 6 is close to each other and i 6 order no 105 is also ready she said take only 101 and i said to her look at the sleep is is oven no.5105 is her and is ready for customer and then she feel is ready she pull out and hand it to me ,when i deliver pizza come back she said yo took wrong pizza for customer ,we eat those pizza that you took their is only 3 slice in box ? !
i said you hand it to me she said you need to check also i said i trust you what ever you told me to deliver and then jay other manager said you need to check box before deliver pizza ,i said if i open box then heat will be loosing from pizza then customer getting cold pizza once box close then we have to keep like that so customer get hot pizza ,she repeat again to check box each time ,i said OK i will do it?
i deliver again for tat customer( if employee eat pizza they have to keep separate or mark something on it so driver got some clue or mark will marker is not for delivery or something?

i have a schedule to work 5-9 pm and once i get their 4:55pm i can't available to log in i talk to shift manager and she ask me you have a schedule answer yes" i discuss when i work last time "Sunday "at time schedule "Monday" was off and according to "jay" Tuesday i have to work she said today you are not in schedule ,i show new schedule was hang on wall and i got a three ANY SET UP IN SCHEDULE TO WORK-FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY"
SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE SHE SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS call me tomorrow if they need a drive and i told her when ever i coming to pizza shop i seeing Mr. Micheal on work ,she make smile on her face

my job pizza delivery and wash inside dishes and fold boxes
i am reporting tip what ever customer add up in credit card but after adding tip in computer and cash out then i paying cash to manager and on manager different computer using my tip wasn't showing up in screen then they got to do something they not listen up why then can not see anything on computer or why 5 customer out of all 5 customer not paying tip ,is not make a sense one one paying tip and those amount would be show up on manager computer scree what ever using for customer order but it wasn't and several time driver not understand what going on they will trust ON manager once they told me to pay the amount i have to pay
last day i work on 12-22-13 and i paid 114.50 and customer was paid tip when i cash out i enter in system what ever they pay me but when i ready to pay cash with manager it's wasn't show up ,then she hit bottom quick -quick and told me to pay 114.50 and i paid and i notice i had a 2 $ cash tip on my hand and i am sure that is not right i done 5 credit card delivery and 5 cash delivery and money i am sorting i report what ever 2 $ cash was left on my hand (because i paid more 114.50 to manager ) and i have to suppose to pay 111.74 (cash pizza sell) plus tip was report on card was about (7) i am not remember exact
December 22-2013 i paid to pizza hut 11.50 and Cash sell was 111.74 and tip customer given was about ............?still i do not have to pay to pizza hut 114.50 because credit card tip not show up when she collect tip and it was show up as is all transaction 0.00 and customer paid tip in cc receipt

customer complainer he order with credit card and i had a cash slip ,so pizza shop never give me signature copy and i call shop but they not pick up as is live operator then latter on customer said he going to pay with cash and he pay me $ 20.00
i come back at shop then people was yielding me go back customer paid with credit card and then i explain they print out credit card ticket and then i go back 5.9 mile one way he got $ 20 cash back and then he sign with credit card
i report to manager i am near by pizza shop and customer first time miss pizza then she call me she need pizza ,she said go back and i go back but i did not got a tip and i did not got a delivery charge because i report first time customer not home and then look like manger delete transaction from computer ,customer paid by credit car

customer getting late pizza mean i am in fault and module trailer park community i can't read number in dark night time i stop by several time call customer he is rude he said find you way ,he not help me then i find my self
and given pizza ,once i come back manager told me you have to give two box of worm new fresh pizza for that customer just you visit last and i go back again

end of the day she told me i am reporting tip less then 5 dollar and i argue with her look i had a most credit card tip and i am entering in computer end of day ,people pay tips and she said she talk about Cash tip is less then $ 5 then i said so i can't put $ 5 tip then she said you will be fire ,i concern about this situation what i can do if example i had three cash delivery and 2 people give me exact change and one person pay me tip 41 cent (17.59+0.41=18.00) dollar she said you have to make 5 $ tip other wise you are fired,on the day i got three cash delivery and total was 4.42 and i put in computer system i got 5.00 tip even i did not get $ 5 tips other transaction was credit card (cc) transaction
tip is income and pizza hut report to IRS and if i am not earning tip income cash $ 5 on each day or less then $ 5 if i got still i can't report tip $ 5 or over to IRS because i did not get it!

i work from 11 to 3:52 and i cash out manager ask me to pay 39.49 and i paid that amount i got 7 delivery (Superbowl day) other driver also cam for work to make good tip on super bowl but i finish job early after job i went home and i founded 7 delivery i got with 5 credit card and two cash delivery (2 cash delivery total was 39.49 ) it's correct bu tin pizza shop you work in they will pay you credit card tip covert in cash tip so if i got 3 credit card slip with tip of 2 $ then 6 dollar tip will be subtract out of from cash total then ii got cash sell 39.49-6 i have to pay to pizza shop 33.69 and i paid my tip 6 dollar mean i got a rip of by pizza shop means i paid my tip to manager ,and it's manager violation next day they can't do any thing because shift day report closed.i lost 6 dollar and it's happen several time when customer cancel order and they not removing from computer system when i cash out that time if i am not remember that i have to remove and tell to manager then i loosing money and it's happen before ,several way i am cheated by pizza hut manager and they collecting my tip to put in their pocket

i call in pizza hut for work because i am not in schedule for week (only one day ) they put me in schedule and its Monday so i call Friday manager said i can wash dishes and fold box i said is OK i will work i can do that ,i visit at shop all driver was their other then me and Alfredo and i do not have to delivery on Friday

this is worse day on weather freezing rain,i work from after noon to night,new driver came in for work at night ,one of driver Abraham told me to keep sign on car it's good for your safety i said it's good while driving and police can see but it's not good for driving in some area and some quit road ,may could be you gone rob by robe ?!
i put sign on top of car about 9:30 pm around other driver Alfonso was in car but he is slow he did not move (not ready for delivery) i exit parking make "u " turn and then toward north then make right turn and i show Chevy vehicle coming from other side i let him go then i make "u turn and end of the road i make a right turn and before i make speed and go some one hit metal on my car and i thought and understand some one trying to rob me ,i did not wait for any second and i moved and i protect my self

about 2 pm my car was over heated and i call manager at 2:16 after finish both delivery and she told me do you getting other car i said yes" i have to get other r car she said go ahead,she put me i n unavailable thru 2:17 pm to when i come back she wasn't in store but other assistant was their and i hit available at 3:13 pm ,after i came she said driver is here you can go home now ,cash out please
