I Can Not Find Job For Last Several Month I Visiting Unemployment Office or Job Link 4 Time In Week To Find Full Time Job.

Many Temporary Agency Refuse Me to Hire They Excuse like they looking for who’s Recently Got Laid off and I Believe its Discrimination Otherwise they won’t hire me!

I Got Job Search I apply On line But many business Not Calling And Not sending Message in email Because they Not Hiring Or I am not Qualified for Job Position.

How I am Find job when I apply Online and Next Time I visiting In That Business Manager Asking for name after they back that I am qualify for job latter on I for get and I contacting new business and new location for job

Example:

Last Time few Month age on 02/01./2012 I apply for job online at Wal-Mart and I Use Wal-Mart Computer File application pass assessment and I talk to associate assistant manager he said he not hiring but try to contact other Wal-Mart I contact other Wal-Mart explain Associate to contact wit manager and she said she gone a find manager for me other associate said she is manager but you have to contact next day on this phone number, when I contact manager on that phone number she said they not hiring but the will keep it application if any job available for me ,I said I can work any shift and any department.

I wait for this store answer? No I keep try other Wal-Mart and other location contact

Call in Wal-Mart at 704-545-0525 they don’t have job because all African working in Wal-Mart. hard to find other culture!

Seething here call at New Wal-Mart at independent blvd charlotte, NC is same thing all African working in all department, every time I going try to contact manager and is manager is not their?! assistant manager excuse they will be here after half hour I wait but not show up and next time visit manager in lunch at 4:30 pm and he will be coming after 30 minute and I am not available to talk to any one then finally I check front desk and department manager said he is store manager and he said look other black associate not working and staff is full they are not hiring, I am not available to talk with right person

Every time different experience’s I can not bring up all stories.

Look like is seems to one employee know his friend and his friend start working in Wal-Mart. is kind of chain friend and family get in job so is batter need a reference for job to get in ? !

I using 5600 executive drive charlotte office for job search and other is job link at sugar creek road charlotte and last month I visited in 7401 forest point road charlotte office

Bad luck weird experience everyday luck not follow me 22 year experience in us job is not match with any job.

I going in library and search for job some day and using charlotte observe paper to find job but I am not qualify for many job because I am not experience with that job and look liker I can do it customer service job or front desk Clark job but still not enough that they looking for many year experience with this job person means not for few month few year experience I needed so I try cashier job because I use to run my store as is management persona and cashier  but I apply for job and I show location and is all filled up with student or woman working as is cashier.

I can not find job for cashier because they not hire person like I am 45 year old age they look for woman to do easy job or cashier job or 60 and over age possible work on cashier

I work as is my last major position and long time long term I run my store from November 2001 to April 2010 (eight and half year experience)

Before that job I use to work in electronic technician field as is factory work on Soldering wave machine operator in solectron drive, charlotte NC from December 2000 to September 2001 and I got laid off then I start to work as is own my food store that is last my major experience.

I visit many temporary agencies for job but fail why they had a job like office clerical or ware house but they do not have assembly job or machine operator job that I have experience, what ever experience I had that kind off job I found in Greensboro, Raleigh or Ashville or other are or other state.

I apply for work shop to make batter resume and I made two page resume I can not fill out last 22 year job history or which year to which year I work I post last three job on resume for last 12 year and my past back ground was in Illinois  from 1988 to 2000 I work in  Illinois

Many business not call for interview after fill out application personally online or faxed resume

I go t interview call from insurance company for  life insurance agent and I am not qualify or I have to get license and study once company call western and southern they done three interview .personally visited pass computer assessment and interview next time scheduled for phone interview in Ohio main branch corporate office I talk 30 minute 12 to 12:30 and they told me they ill filing to check my background they said back ground checked and I was sign up electronic when they send file in my email, I got reference number # kx-030612-ps7pp submission date03-06-12 with hire right and they approved but local concord agent call again for interview and I got message:

First time background check reference number was wrong because I found name wrong as is hemal so they provide new number Request# kx-030612-PT2AD

After third interview agent message was like this:
