machine operator mess up with program cause hemal shah got a trouble
because hemal save company money
if i am not hit red (emergency Buttton)that cause mess up machine and other indonesian was keep touching with machine because he was authorized by manager and he is learning program skill with computer brazling smt machine
i had a experience and knowledge about machine:
example: if machine throwing part then it could be do some more weird and dangeriouslyactivity
posible nozzle(expensive)_ part could be hit thru pc board and it cause breaking both but i stop machine
if i stop machine then according to senior associate complaine to manager that i shouln't have to stop machine because board process not complain
they reoport to manager:i got sugesst to manager to stop emergency wile machine not doing correct activity and throwing part because isaw that kind stuff in previouse job and i got knowledge from other programer that could be do robot any thing so it is happen like machine throwing part hit emergency button and stop explain
now other associate said it's not gone be here we not stoping machine,they alll go against me nad i do not have any clue what i can do and argue but they had a good communication and friend ship with manager when all employye go against me then i got a wrote up and they move me on screening machin
comment; i am looking for companty sefty and company part (nozzel) sefty nozzle cost like 1000$ to 10k ) i am not sure but i have to search in google about that?one board assembly they can do by hand soldering and finish up the board but nozzel cost more then that like 100 times !

i scan my card and then lable will print with my name but after scaning my card i scan spouse card then lady said are you in or outmean coming in or leaving i said in and then i can understand american way she has to scan her card at the time because we sra two diffrent person
