pizza hut latter request

Date11-14-2013 Account # Hi I am hemal shah Whom I concern to Dear sir/madam I start work at pizza hut part time I had a hardship and last year state pay my mortgage I like to do loan Modification and according to lender latter they need pizzahut latter about work and wages I contact shop manager and they fax to corporate office on 09-30-2013 and again new manager send fax on 10-12-2013 but they not hear any response May be they fax or not but I was their in shop at time Some reason is not go thru and lender needs a latter to continue to review my loan modification Please every one is busy but do my favor please Thanks Hemal shah
