1-12-2026 જોબ ની શરૂઆત કરી આયા બે વીક થઈ ગયા અને ઘણા નવા માણસો આવિયા છે તેની સાથે જે આફ્રિકાના અમેરિકન જોવામાં જોવા મળે છે તે નું કામ માં જે પ્રમાણે વર્તણુક  છે તે પણ એક વિચાર લાયક છે કે ગઈકાલે જે અનુભવ થયો તેનાથી હું ચોંકી ગયો છું કારણ કે જે એમ્પ્લોય હાયર થયા છે તેમને સુપરવાઇઝર જોડે દાદાગીરી કરી હતી કારણ કે સુપરવાઇઝરને એમ્પ્લોયને તો તેમના ખરાબ કામ  ટોકવામાં આવ્યા હતા કે બેલ્ટનું કામકાજ જે કોહોકિંગ કરવાનું હોય છે તે કોકિંગમાં કંઈક ગરબડ ગોટાલા હતા અથવા બરોબર થયું હતું જે બેલ્ટ વાંકો જોવામાં આવ્યો હતો જે ન હોવો જોઈએ જે સીધો હોવો જોઈએ તેથી સુપેરવીઝરે એમ્પ્લોયી ને ટોકીયા અથવા કહીંયુ કે સુ ભૂલ કરીછે આવું સુપરવાઇઝરને કહેવાથી એમ્પ્લોય જોવા મળ્યા કે અકલાયા છે અને તેમને બે એમ્પ્લોયી સીધો હુમલો સુપરવાઇઝર પર કર્યો હતો તે બહુ ખરાબ હતું તેમના વોઇસમાં ટોન અલગ હતો અને વર્તનનું અલગ હતી એ ગુસ્સો હતો અને બે લેડીઝ સીધો યેલિંગ સુપરવાઇઝર જોડે કરતા હતા તેમાં કહેવાતું કે એ અમારો વાક નથી ને કંઈક બીજી રીતે મારા પર આરોપ મૂકવા માંગતા હતા મારું કામ છે બેલ્ટનું બેલ્ટનું કામમાં વચ્ચે જે સીલ કરવાનું હોય છે એ સીલ તો બરોબર થતું હતું પણ સુપરવાઇઝર પણ આવીને મને પછી થી કીધું હતું કે તમારો સીલનું વચ્ચેનું જોઈન્ટ નું કામ બરાબર છે પણ સામેવાળા બે આફ્રિકાન અમેરિકન સમજતા નથી તે સીધો આરોપ મારા કામ પાર મુકવા માંગતા હતા તેમને ખરેખર વિચારવા લાયક છે કે આવું કેવી રીતે વર્તન ચલાવી લેવામાં આવે છે.પ્રિન્ટ બેલ્ટ થાય પછી હું જોઈન્ટ કૂક કરું છે અને તે બેલ્ટ આગળ બે સ્ત્રી કોયોજક કરે છે જ્યાં કોમ્પ્લેટ સીલ થાય છે જે ફાઇનલ છે કદાચ માચીને માં પ્રોબ્લેમ હોય શકે એન્ડ સુપેરવીશોરે કાબુલ કરિયું કે 1 માચીને બરાબર કામ નથી કરતુ પરંતુ આ બે સ્ત્રી એ સુપેરવીશોર ની જોડે દલીલ ના કરવી જોયીયે 

બીજું પુરુષ એમ્પ્લોય ઘણીવાર થોડું કામ કરે પ્રિન્ટ કરે અને પછી મોબીલે ફોને  પણ રમ્યા કરે એ પુરુષ છે તો તેનો પણ કામ જોવા મળ્યો છે કે ઘણીવાર જ્યારે પણ ખુરર્શી પર બેસી રહે છે.અને ટોકનાર કોઈ નથી અને સુપેરવીશોર જોડે ઘણા લામાબા સમય સુધી કામ કરતા વાતો કરતો જોવામળીયો છે જે એક સારુ સંબંધ બતાવે છે તેને વારંવાર બેસવાની બ્રેક રૂમ માં જવાની ચૂત આપીછે જે એક નવાઈ ની વાત છે એને ગણી વાર કામ કરતો નથી તો આ બધું અજીબ લાગે છે નવાઈ લાગે છે કે આવું કેવી રીતે જ આ કંપનીમાં ચલાવી લેવાય છે કે આજે આટલો બધો અમેરિકા નો  વ્હાઇટ અને કાલિયા સાધે કો ઓપેરાટે સારો સંબંધ છે.અને બીજી પ્રજા જોડે કદાચ અન્યાય કરી ને કંપાનું=ય માંથી બહાર કાઢવા ના ખરાબ ગંદા પ્રયત્નો કરી રહિયા છે  તમે પોલિટિક્સ મારી વિરુદ્ધમાં રમવા માગતા હોય તો હું કહું છું ભલામણ કરું છું કે સ્ટાફ તમે પોલિટિશ મારી વિરોધમાં ન રમી શકો. ગંદો પોલીસને પ્લીઝ મહેરબાની દૂર રહેવું છે.મને લાગે છે મારી આજુ બાજુ નેગેટિવે એનર્જી ફરી રહી છે.
